Identity of the Data Controller
Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data may be processed by Yazarmax, as the data controller, within the scope described below.
Your Personal Data We Process
The following data is processed during registration and while you use the platform:
- Identity Data: Username
- Contact Data: Email address
- Transaction Security Data: Password information (encrypted), IP address, login and logout times
- Marketing (Ad Measurement) Data: Google Ads and Meta Pixel cookie identifiers, an irreversible hash (SHA-256) of your email address
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing your user account
- Enabling you to use AI-assisted article and image generation and automation services
- Ensuring system security and preventing unauthorized access
- Measuring the effectiveness of our ads
- Fulfilling legal obligations
Transfer of Personal Data
Where permitted by law and as required by the nature of the service (such as AI modeling APIs, stock image services, cloud server infrastructure and the ad measurement services of Google and Meta), your personal data may be shared with our infrastructure providers in Turkey and/or abroad and with the competent public authorities.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to know whether it is used for its intended purpose, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request its deletion.
